I had a blood test HDL & LDL were in acceptable limits Triglycerides were over 800, no other medication taken or given but the Fish Oil taken three pills two times a day, at the end of a year I dropped to below 200 my doctor was very happy with the results.

it made me smell like rotten fish & when I burped it tasted like fish.
