After having nightime sleep interrupted for 2 weeks with a severe cough, the DOC diagnosed bronchiatis. After a few doses, I sleep like a baby. And with an anti-biotic, my condition has improved within 3 days. Highly recommended

Every year I get a cold which comes with a horrible cough. This is the ONLY medication I have found that relieves the symptoms. It works great on my sneezing and supresses my cough when nothing else will. At first it made me drowsy and lightheaded, but the next time I had it prescribed I was fine. Occasionally I do get itchy with it but it's worth it.

I get very itchy all over when I take the Tussionex...It does help with my coughing. I just wish I didnt get the itcy rash!

I had a bad cough that was keeping me up at night and doc Rxed this, and it worked great once it kicked in, lasted all night. Only complaint I have is it made me pretty groggy well into the morning, and might not be a good thing to take during the day at work. If there was a non-drowsy version that worked this well it'd be perfect! It even tasted great, although that might have been flavoring put in by my pharmacy I'm not sure.

I took my first dose (1 Tsp) at 5pm, within 45 minutes I was very dizzy, and by 7:30 I was so tired that I couldn't hold my head up! I only weigh 125 lbs. so maybe the side effects were stronger on me, but I don't suggest taking this if you want to do anything other than sleep. I did sleep through the night without any coughing and it tastes better than any cough syrup I've ever had.

this medication tastes very good for one. I slept very well as it helped with my cough. I was groggy the next day though.

It works pretty good other than it not lastin long enough. It is also very thick and the supply doesn't last long. But overall worked pretty good.

I had Pluresy..but it helped take the pain away...the only down fall i'd say would be the extreme tiredness
