I suffer from severe allergies year round and have been prescribed all the most popular medicines. Nasacort has been the only one to really clear up my sinuses. Its an amazing drug.

I used this for nasal congestion for the first time about an hour and a half ago. It hasn't worked one bit! Now my nose is completely stopped up and I can't breathe through it at all. I followed the directions on the label very carefully. Has anyone else had this problem? I had been using an over the counter decongestant, but you're only supposed to use it for 3 days (I had used it for about 6 mon...

I have suffered from post-nasal drip (aka "chronic rhinitis") for many years. Nothing helped. Once nasacort became an over-the-counter drug, I tried it. I've been taking it for about two months now, and although I still have a constant "drip," it is much reduced. I'm very happy with this product. (BTW, I have no known allergies, so the doctor doesn't really know what causes the persistent drip.)

How do I get my money back!!! Nasacort for $20 or Afrin or Drug store version for $7? Guess which I selected? Nasacort didn't do the job. So much for once in 24 hrs. use. Used as directed for first week - no change or relief. Still congested, always congested. Nasacort provided no immediate or long term relief. I received better results from Afrin or the generic store brand. Complete and total rip off. Nasacort bottle is empty and it's made no difference or provided any relief. Again - HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?Read More Read Less

I live in the Mississippi delta and I have severe spring/early summer allergies to dust and pollen. I mean constant sneezing, running nose, itching and water in eyes. Nasacort stopped all of this immediately. BUT..... have also tried taking zertec, singulair, and Allegra (individually, not simultaneously of course) while taking the nasacort. I also tried the nasacort for a few weeks by itself to see if any of those combinations were causing my side effects. Turns out it was the nasacort. It gave me such bad body aches, muscle aches, joint pains, feeling of fever, and feeling of becoming ill with flu or cold that I just couldn't take it anymore. It was unbearable. Like my skin even hurt for my clothes to be touching me. And it's a shame because it has done the best at stopping allergies. Back to square one. Read More Read Less

You have a great product but a miserable dispenser. over the years Imhave purchased several nose sprays that was in containers like yours and endedp throwing them away because I could not operate that bottle. Now I have arthritus and have an even harder time. you give specific instructions on how to use the spray but it is impossible not to spray the center of the nostril. If you could put your spray into a container like Vicks Sinex i think you would sell more and have happier consumers. Just remember not everyone have young hands.Read More Read Less

I've lost more of the product trying to "prime" the pump then I have gotten into my nose. The applicator is hard to use and doesn't come out very well or evenly. Haven't see any great improvement in my nose yet.

Seasonal allergy suffer in the southeast--tree pollen just maims me. So far with 2 weeks of using nasacort I've had not any issues with the Pine pollen. I have had a slight uptick in soreness of my nose and a few more nosebleeds than normal but if thats the extent of the side-effects it sure beats not being able to breath, constant sneezing, or runny eyes. As always your milage may vary. Just glad to be one that this works for.

Worked great! Then got a rash all over my face, neck, chest. Dr. didn't think it was caused by Nasacort and gave me some triamcinolone cream to treat the rash. It got worste. I finally stopped the nasal spray and the cream - same med - and the rash is almost all gone now. Geez! But here comes the migraines again because of the sinus swelling. Shoot!

This is a miracle drug for me. I've struggled with allergies for 34 years and at long last I found Nasacort. NOTHING has worked for me before, but now I'm able to go hiking without allergies. I can't stress how much this medicine has improved my life.

Used this drug 15 years ago by prescription. For 12 years I had acme in my nose from this drug. Acne inside your nose is very painful. Didn't know it had steroids in drug. Steriods can cause acne.

This nasal spray has been a wonderful thing! I have a deviated septum, and I have chronic congestion, headaches, sinus headachs, ect. The first time I used this, my head clogged up and I was getting disapointed that it wasnt going to work. Now I use it once a day, or every other day. It keeps my congestion from returning. I tried getting a prescription for Nasonex, but without insurance it was 500.00! I feel like Nasacort is just like Nasonex but way more addorfable. I highly recommend

This is the best allergy medicine I've ever taken. The only side effect I notice is a dry nose. But this is like heaven compared to how allergies have bothered me my whole life. One spray in each nostril is plenty for me. I have year round allergies and live in Texas.

Unexpectedly good product. I was skeptical because nothing has ever worked for me, so I bought only the 60-squirt bottle. Now, after two weeks, I have entirely kept away my usally constant and debilitating seasonal allergies - with no side effects so far. I am one of those who sneezes explosively at any provocation, and wakes often with an itchy palate and sniffles; I suffer from post-nasal drip, severe congestion with nosedrip when I sit down for a time (which affects my work in public places particularly), and nosebleeds. Now I have clear nasal passages, very infrequent sneezing and hardly any runny nose. I am amazed. Following someone else's recommendation on this review site, I start with a squirt of saline in each nostril before the Nasacort. I have been using saline twice a day for months to prevent nosebleeds, and it's very good for your mucous membranes. Now I have gone ahead and bought a 3-pack of the 120-squirt bottle and plan on continuing as long as there are no side effects.Read More Read Less

Like several other reviewers, I developed sever headaches and pain in my wrists, jaw and hands. The treatment is effective for relieving my allergies, but the side-effects are too severe to continue use.

Now available without a prescription, so I thought I'd try it. I'm hesitant about taking any meds. because my system is sensitive, so I take the bare minimum, only when absolutely necessary. I thought the spray would have fewer side effects than pills. I've had a runny nose and watery eyes for 5 weeks, so I thought it might be an allergy. I skipped lunch and I took the minimal dose at 3pm. and went for a walk at the park. I felt tremendous weakness in my legs in less than an hour, and I was very concerned about being able to make it back to my car. I hurried home to eat, and within an hour felt calmer and my strength began to return. I did continue to feel somewhat jittery the rest of the evening, but slept very well without any other side effects or allergy symptoms. This morning I am symptom free and feeling normal. I suggest taking this early in the day with food!Read More Read Less
