I just started takin Concerta so I can't fully give it a lower or higher rating. I've read a few of the reviews and can't believe the level of dosage doctors are prescribing. Im a 230lb male that is 42 years old. My doctor gave me 18 mg dosage slow release. When I read that some are taking upwards of 90mg it blew my mind. I've discovered that the best way to take this medication is every day in the am. The earlier the better, if you don't drink enough fluids it won't work. If I stop using it during the summer or on break and start again I have 3 days of feeling cracked out. The best way to use this medicine and sleep and dominate school is force yourself to eat. I have been taking concerta since I was in grade 5. I has made a HUGE difference in my life. On days that is forget or don't take it, it is impossible for me to pay attention to anything but when I do take I am way calmer

Around the age of 6 I've taken Concerta. I'm now 17. Let me tell you that this is a very helpful drug for concentration and the only bad thing about it is when you forget to take it. I ran out during a camping trip for a week and a half and faced suicidal thoughts and felt as if I wasn't really there. My heart felt like I was being stabbed and just a horrifying experience. I'v had ADD all my life maybe if I'd had it in school I would have made it past the 7th grade! I started taking Concerta 54ml. seven years ago and WOW!
