when i miss a dose and i take the medicine the next day i get extremly sick and start dry heaving for a day or two.i also have trouble sleeping and concentrating

I was given this drug in order to deal with the death of my fiance. Once I took it, I was emotionless. I could not cry to save my life. That is not how I want to feel. I need to release this hurt and now it is being blocked. I feel strange. I know that the need to cry is there, but by it being trapped, it is making me anxious and jittery. the side effects were horrible, I thought i had a major health problem at first because i gained 10lbs, NO Sex Drive at all!!! Night sweats drenching me every night and I was always cold. I went to the endocrinologist because I thought I had a major health problem, but as soon as i stopped taking this med the night sweats stopped, i have my energy and sex drive back and not gaining anymore weight- ... I was given 25mg and felt nothing but noticed jittering once I moved up to 50mg i gained 50 POUNDS in 3 months!!!
