My pulse has slowed down to 65-70 instead of 105 and up. I am now getting headaches and stomach aches really bad. Diarrea too. I have noticed I am tired alot more too. Not sure if I can handle the side effects.

I been on this for about 4 years and on it I had 2 small episodes which I was able to control on my own then just last weekend I had to go to the ER to get it back down and they gave me lopresser and it worked I think maybe I'm on too low of a dose 0.25mg they said my level was really low so it's really not helping and I'm seeing a black floating dot when I blink I have a doc.. app today so we'll see

Medication lab test was not performed by my Doctor when medication was increased causing my heart rate to decrease to 30-40 BPM. Had to have a pace-maker implanted.

My heartrate is around 48-54 beats per minute. I'm presewntly trying to check to see if this might be too low.

I started taking digoxin for SVT caused by an accelerated junctional rhythm. I have had 2 ablations and now am doing well on the meds. This drug seems to help the svt symptoms to not be as severe, however, I have noticed that I a having worse anxiety symptoms. Anyone notice similar problems?

I have been on Digoxin for about 2 years for my SVT...It works well I haven't had any episodes while on it just a bit of anxiety which could be confused as an SVT attack the only side effect that I had from the drug was memory loss so I have to write everything down or put it into my phone but overall as far as it keeping my heart rate at a normal rate it's great.... I am still considering having the procedure done to get rid of the SVT for good until then Digoxin is what I'll be on

I began taking digoxin to treat SVT when the cause could not be identified by an EKG. When I told my doctor it was making my episodes occur more frequently, he increased the dose. I became nauseous, sweaty, had chest pain(which I NEVER had before taking digoxin), and another increase in the frequency of episodes that were now painful! I switched doctors and another EKG while on the digoxin revealed that I had WPW(digoxin is known to make WPW worse NOT better). I was taken immediately off the digoxin. If your medicine makes you feel worse tell your doctor and make sure they listen!Read More Read Less

This medication actually made my SVT worse. After three years I took myself off the medication and the frequency of my episodes went WAY down. If you have Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome make sure you know what they're giving you.
