I've been on this medication for one month. The only side effect was when I nicked myself shaving I didn't think the bleeding would stop. I've notice in the last few days that I'm feeling better than I have in some time. After riding my bicyle 10 miles my recover time was shorter than when I only rode 5 to 7 mile before getting the stent and starting this med.

In 2007 I was in the hospital 4 times for blood clots. Once on the lungs and three times my right leg causing severe restriction in blood flow. I had been taking Warfarin (main active ingridient is the same as in rat poison). Once my surgeon put me on Plavix I have had no problems for the last 2 1/2 years.

I have been on this medication for two years, works for me very well. I bruise very easily , and bleed alot if scraped or cut.
