Kondremul is a natural, gentle and easy to use stool softner and laxative. It is GREAT for babies and children because is it tasteless and milky so it is easy to put in formula and milk. Very successful and natural way to ease constipation

Growing up with constant constipation was horrid. I was given Bentyl for years until I was told to stop taking it by the dr. I had terrible cramping and bloating. It made daily activities uncertain. FINALLY, my dr. told me to take Kondremul DAILY (a couple of tablespoons). I LOVE IT AND IT DOES WORK IF YOU GET YOUR DOSAGE RIGHT FOR YOU VIA TRIAL AND ERROR. I take it each night mixed in milk, hot chocolate, or whatever. In the morning I drink my hot coffee while dressing for work or reading the paper. I immediately feel "ready" and it happens. I then go on with my day. THERE IS NO CRAMPING !!!I have taken it for over 20 years and even had a pharmacist ship me bottles of it when we lived out of country several years. When traveling, I place a bottle in my hold bag. **My mom told her gastro doctor about it several years ago and he later told her to thank me for the info, since many of his patients love the product.
