I take it with two aspirin, to minimize the side effect of a headache. My only real complaint is the cost. I just filled a 3 pill prescription (Cialis) for $132. I wish there was a low cost generic available (or is there??).

after taking this drug for 3 or more days heartburn starts to occur from mild to severe. once I stopped taking it the heartburn subsided after 2 days.

Tried Cialis for BPH through free trial offer. Had tried other drugs for years with little effectiveness. Was having no problems with ED, but serious urinary (BPH/prostate) issues. Having results after the 1 month then had to purchase the next month myself due to the cheap-a$$ insurance. Great improvement. Fighting insurance company, now.

There is written the effect of this drug last after 36 hour but last as soon less then 12 hour

Doesn't work so good. Gave me low blood pressure for a few days.

i get satisfied a day after taking the medication but the very day i took it, it was my eyes that became red and no erection noticed. that is to say each day i take the medication i dont not experience the effectiveness on the same day its on the following day the it becomes effective

At age 67 life slows down some and this has helped with erections and BPH with so far little side effects (time will tell about that) Hope I have not side effects show up as it seems to be helping.

Recently divorced and noticed after years of no use, my guy didn't work so well. Started taking these generic pills 10 mg on Friday evening before dinner and they last about 48 hours. No tent-pitching, just ready to go when I need to. Can go 2-3 times per day if needed! Helps with control too. No side effects so far--been using about 2 months.

Though I am able to acheive an erection, unable to maintain an erection for any length of time and normally lose the erection before penetration is achieved with any real depth being felt by partner.

From time to time I have trouble getting erections, but not always. I take 10mg about an hour (or more)before I am expecting intercourse and I experience a good hard erection. I find that this dosage lasts for over 2 days and for repeated encounters. Side effects sometimes - muscular aches or a runny nose. Aches I can overcome with analgesics. Benefits are well worth the sometimes uncomfortable side effects.

I have used Tadalafil for well over four years (prefer it over Viagra) and am reasonably satisfied with the results. It is most beneficial in increasing my urinary flow as much as helping with my ED. I wonder if the drug can be perscribed by my doctor to help with my urinary flow?

I've been using this for just about 1 year both as Cialis and as the generic version Tadalfil. Both work the same and that is very well. For those people who don't like it probably don't know how it works. It is not an instant erection pill. It's basically a weekend pill, you take 1 pill and it lasts for approx 36 hrs. You have to work at foreplay, which is not a bad idea anyway, and the pill helps you get and maintain an erection for as long as necessary and as many times as you get lucky enough to need it.
