The side effects limit the use of the drug, in my case. I could not judge when it would be most effective unless I took large doses, then an erection was longlasting but not nearly as fulfilling as a normal psychologically and emotionally induced one. I did have one of the best climaxes that I have had in 40 years one time only. I also experienced many side effects during that episode which included headache, flushing, and overall discomfort. The medication I purchased was from a canadian pharmacy and was shipped directly from India. Many drugs we take today are generics from India. One company, Ranbaxy, had a number of plants shut down b/c of quality control. Many side effects of generic drugs (allergies for one) are not the drug but the binders and coatings for the tablets. I have tried both this drug and the little blue pill (party pill) and find that this drug works about the same but with much longer lasting effects. I started using this about 4 months ago and generally take it once a week with the results lasting way more then 36 hours and It gives me rock hard erections. For the price this one lasts longer and let’s me be ready just about anytime. I experience few side effects, stuffy nose is usually the most common but well worth the risk. Try it and enjoy!

This medication allows me to have sex as many times as I want to within a day and a half. It gives me back what Lexipro took away: a reliable erection with minimal after effects. The only fault I can find with this drug is it's price, around $15 per tablet for 10 mg, but I look at it like having a $15 bottle of wine, except the pleasure lasts for 36 hours!
