I mixed this with Crystal Lite Iced Tea and it didn't help! Tasted like dirty dish water. Took a while for it to finally kick in (took me 90 mins to get the first cup down! haha). If you use Gatorade as a chaser and a straw to drink the solution, you'll be fine. I spent days freaking out over this stuff, and it's not so bad. Just pace yourself nicely and you won't get nauseous. Good Luck!!...

I have never drunk antifreeze, but if I had, I imagine it would taste like Nulytely due to the smell/aftertaste combo. I vomited twice during glass #3. I didn't know how I was going to force 6 more glasses down. Flavor packet didn't work. Refrigeration didn't work. I don't have straws. No one and no reviews prepared me for this moment. All they said was this was the worst part. Yes, it's that bad going down. After desperately searching the Internet for tips, I found this is what worked for me. I began plugging my nose while swallowing the drink. After drinking, but before unplugging my nose, I rinsed my mouth with water and began chewing a piece of cinnamon gum until all I could taste was cinnamon. Then I unplugged my nose. Repeat process. All of that said, this prep DOES work as intended if you DRINK ALL OF IT as directed. You do NOT want to start over. Read More Read Less

Found a great way to get it down easier. Put it in a blender and foam it up like a milkshake. Goes down a lot easier and the bad taste is minimized. Worked like a charm for me.
